It's about remembering who you've always been beneath fear, grief, and survival patterns.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season or longing to feel more like yourself again, our work begins in the same place:
With curiosity.
With compassion.
With you.
For over 20 years I've helped people reconnect with themselves through psychotherapy, experiential work, and intuitive exploration.
Some people come to heal.
Others come to understand themselves more deeply.
Many discover they're really seeking the same thing:
A return to themselves.
However you arrive, the work isn't about fixing you.
It's about helping you remember who you are.
Sometimes life becomes heavier than it needs to be.
Together we gently explore the patterns shaping your life.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Grief.
Trauma.
Burnout.
Repeated patterns.
Life transitions.
Healing doesn't erase your past.
It changes your relationship with it.
Relationships reveal both our deepest wounds and our greatest opportunities for healing.
Whether you're exploring your relationship with a partner, family member, friend, or yourself, our work helps create greater clarity, compassion, boundaries, and authenticity.
Sometimes relief comes from understanding yourself rather than trying to change yourself.
Through systems like the Enneagram, Human Design, and Gene Keys, you'll discover the patterns that have always been uniquely yours.
These aren't boxes.
They're maps.
And maps become most valuable when they help you trust your own experience.
For over twenty years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I've had the privilege of sitting beside people during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives.
Again and again I've witnessed the same truth:
People are rarely broken.
They're simply disconnected from themselves.
You already carry the wisdom you need.
Fear, limiting beliefs, trauma, and old survival patterns can make that wisdom hard to hear.
My role isn't to tell you who to become.
It's to help create the conditions where your own knowing can emerge.
Depending on your interests and goals, our work may include:
• Psychotherapy & EMDR
• Internal Family Systems
• Enneagram, Human Design, & Gene Keys
• Mindfulness & experiential practices
• Metta Constellation™ & other reflective card practices
Whatever we use, it serves one purpose:
Helping you return to yourself.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I taught English and designed human-centered information systems. Those experiences continue to shape how I work today—with curiosity, creativity, and a love of helping people make meaning, heal and grow, and find direction in their lives.
Clients often tell me they leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
That's the work I love.

Healing happens in relationship.
It also happens in spaces where your nervous system can finally exhale.
My office was intentionally created to feel welcoming, quiet, comfortable, and connected to nature—a place where meaningful conversations unfold naturally.
Where curiosity feels safe.

Your view during our conversation.

Space for families, couples, groups, and shared discovery.

A place to arrive before the conversation begins.

The walk to my office begins before the session does.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Whether you're looking for therapy, seeking deeper self-understanding, or simply curious about working together, I'd be honored to meet you where you are.

Sometimes the part of the journey that changes us most isn't crossing the bridge itself.
It's the one back to yourself.
One step.
One conversation.
One remembering.
At a time.
Before welcoming clients into my home office, I spent nearly two years bringing therapy to them.
Sweet Journey was a mobile counseling office created during the pandemic—a reminder that healing isn't limited to a building.
The journey continues today, just in a different place.
